This Hot vinyasa class will loosen up event the tightest muscles. We will spend more time in individual postures working deeper as we go leaving you feeling stretched out and rejuvenated. This class is ideal for people who are actively building muscle through biking, walking, running, weight lifting, as well as other repetitive activities. It's all about the balance!
